So I have been throwing around the idea of getting another road bike. This is for a couple of reasons. First it gives you something else to ride besides the Tri Bike all the time, even though I love my Cervelo P2C, it would be nice to mix it up over the summer. Second is I would like to have something a little more practical to ride to work in the summer. Riding in the aero position with a backpack is not the most comfortable thing to do.
So here are the requirements, would prefer something the fits better. Shouldn't be a problem as I will probably get it at Endure It! and they have that part covered. Second I am leaning towards aluminum as I think you get more for your money and it is not like I am going to be racing it. Lastly I would also prefer something with Shimano Ultegra or SRAM Force or better and of course the look of the bike never hurts.
So where does that leave me? Well I think I am going to be between the Cervelo S1 and the Pinarello FP2, they both come as a complete bike build with Ultegra SL and they both are about the same price.
Here is what I am looking at:
Cervelo S1 (only color, matches my P2C)
Pinarello FP2 (Red)
Pinarello FP2 (Red)
Pinarello FP2 (White)

I am really not sure which way I am leaning currently as they each have their advantages but it will probably come down to which one fits me best.
